Objectives
With the release of various Thematic Strategies about waste,
products and resources, and a strategy of “Better
Regulation” which targets waste as a priority, it is clear
that European Commission has opened the door to a complete revision
of all the waste regulation.
It is essential that this revision is fully informed and based
on the knowledge and experiences of the actors on the ground.
This event, organized by several international organizations,
beneath the “patronship” of Christina Narbona, the
Spanish Minister of the Environment and Evelyne Huytebroeck,
Minister of the Environment of the Brussels Region, aims to clarify
