Institut Economie Circulaire

In the context of the Green Growth Energy Transition Law stating that “public procurement must be put at the service of the circular economy”, ACR+ member Institut de l’économie circular (Circular Economy Institute) and the Observatoire des Achats Responsables (Observatory for Responsible Purchasing) published a document entitled “Towards a circular public procurement”.

This document is the result of the first work of the Committee on Circular Economy and Public Procurement which aims to facilitate the entrance of circular economy in public procurement. After explaining the new regulatory framework applicable to public procurement, this document highlights the main obstacles and levers to the circular public order as well as several good practices in France and Europe.
