Webinar on “Waste and tourism: how to set a participative approach?”

In the framework of the URBAN-WASTE project, ACR+ hosted a webinar on 30 November 2017 at 11:00 (Brussels time). The webinar focused on participative processes and the approach to attract local stakeholders including residents, tourism establishments, tourism service providers and others to provide a mechanism for sharing their concerns and proposals and integrate those into the final solution and measures to be implemented.

The webinar covered the following topics:

  • a short introduction tothe project and overview of current activities;
  • the importance of the participative approach and its expected outcomes;
  • ways of bringing decision making closer to the residents and their needs;
  • the Consumeless activity.
