URBAN-WASTE project’s webinar titled “Quantifying the environmental impact of waste management practices in tourism” will take place on 12 April at 11:00 CET.

The findings and the approach used for assessing the environmental benefits will be presented on a case by case scenario, measured in CO2 savings or other quantifiable and comparable units.

This approach does not only allow actors to quantify the overall benefits of the measures, but also to use the same approach to ascertain the benefits of their own strategies and practices compared to their own baseline scenarios.

For these reasons, the webinar will be target in particular local and regional authorities and decision-makers.
