Organised in the framework of the FOODRUS project by the University of Copenhagen, the online webinar “Technological and non-technological solutions to reduce food loss and waste” is the 4th event of the Sustainable Food Systems Webinar Series discussing innovative solutions for surplus food loss and waste prevention. The workshop, taking place on 25 April 2023 (15:00-17:00 CEST), aims to prevent food loos and waste, and to promote resource efficiency across all stages of the agri-food value chain.
