On 25 January 2019, the French Government published its draft Multiannual Energy Programme. This programme fixes the priorities for public authorities in the energy sector to reach the objectives set by law. In this project, one can find: the reduction of coal use in industry, waste heat, energy recovery from waste, biofuels, methanisation, recovery gas and pyro-gasification, biomass, electricity from bioenergy, developments in the thermal stock, and "resources” issues.
