On 6 March 2019, the Comité 21 and ACR+ member ORÉE combined their expertise and networks to organise a public contribution conference in Paris, in the framework of the Great National Debate. This particular debate addressed the concerns of the French people about two main topics: the circular economy and ecological citizenship.
 
 After two hours of high quality exchanges and expertise, several propositions were noted and presented in a report published on 18 March 2019. Among them were changing consumer behaviour, waste separation and empowering citizens and involving them in Agenda 2030.
