On 16 May 2019, ACR+ member ORDIF organises a technical morning to take stock of tourism waste and the various levers to curb it, in particular, those generated in the trades of mouth and accommodation.

After a panorama of tourism in Île-de-France, the measures put in place to prevent and reduce waste in 11 European tourist cities participating in the URBAN WASTE project as well as the strategy developed by the city of Paris will be presented. Different actors will then speak about their approaches and their experiences in the field of catering and hospitality, event catering for business tourism, and sport events. ACR+ will join this last part by presenting the LIFE TACKLE project.
