LIPOR and its eight Associated Municipalities have collected 93 820 kg of waste in 2023 through mobile drop-off sites. This innovative solution facilitates the disposal of waste and materials whose destination is not the recycling bin. There was a considerable increase in the delivery of some items, such as light bulbs, which saw an increment of more than one tonne compared to the previous year, and ink cartridges and toners with an increase of more than two tonnes. The most collected waste was small electrical and electronic equipment with a total of 61 391,97 kg.
