ACR+ member Sadeco will incorporate to its fleet a new vehicle for the cleaning and maintenance of Cordoba’s historical centre.

The vehicle is fully powered with electricity and of small dimensions, which is ideal for operating in the narrow streets of the historical town. The first deputy mayor of Cordoba pointed out that Sadeco is focusing on improving the urban hygiene of the city, in particular regarding the condition and cleanliness of bins and containers and the resources dedicated to waste collection. In that sense, Sadeco is leading the INTHERWASTE project, in which ACR+ is also involved, aiming to foster the exchange of experience and polices for efficient and sustainable waste management in European Heritage Cities.
