On 21 February 2017, ACR+ member ORDIF published a report collecting data on the selective collection of household waste from packaging and graphic papers. In a single document, the paper summarises and compiles various observational studies on the selective collection of household packaging waste and graphic paper in France.

The main purpose of the report is to compile data gathered in previous studies conducted by ORDIF. These include:

  • The report on the management of household waste (and similar), data 2014
  • The report on the extended producer responsibility (EPR) schemes, data 2013-2014
  • The atlas of French waste treatment facilities, data 2014-2015
  • The report on the management costs of household (and similar) waste, data 2013
Household packaging waste and graphic paper in France are covered by an EPR scheme, which falls under the responsibility of local and regional authorities in the public waste management service for both collection and treatment.
