The SCOW project, in which ACR+ was an associate partner, came to an end towards the end of 2015. The project outputs are now available here.

SCOW (Selective Collection of the Organic Waste in tourist areas and valorisation in farm composting plants)
was a 3-year (2013-2015) European project that reinforced cooperation among countries placed along the shores of the Mediterranean Sea and was funded by the ENPI CBC MED Programme (Cross-Border Cooperation within the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument-ENPI-, Mediterranean Sea Basin Joint Operational Programme). ACR+ member, the Urban Ecology Agency of Barcelona, was part of the project consortium and another member, ARC,  was an associate partner. The project aimed to develop low cost, technically simple and high quality biowaste collection and small-scale composting facilities in territories with touristic areas and agricultural activity.
