The Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy – of which ACR+ is a supporter, on behalf of the European Commission and with the support of the Committee of the Regions, is conducting a survey to collect Covenant Community’s expectations towards capacity-building activities offered by the initiative.
This survey offers the Covenant Community (which includes thousands of local and regional authorities) the opportunity to have their say and tell the movement about the type of assistance they need to receive to develop and implement Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plans (SECAPs), or to help others do so. The survey also targets local and regional authorities that are not part of the Covenant Community yet, and asks for their feedback on the initiative.
The answers will help the movement provide the capacity-building tools, events and services and define the programme of activities for the next three years.
