The Circular Europe Network has expanded its database of good practices by adding a number of factsheets, notably on: Greenbizz incubator in Brussels; Reused drugs in Genoa; Bottom-up urban planning in Almere Oosterwold; Community gardens in Utrecht; Circular economy strategy in Basque Country; Urban food strategy in Tukums; Active participation of citizens in Bologna; Industrial Symbiosis in Sabadell and Barberà del Vallès.

A factsheet on Bologna Municipal Authority’s Register for Active Participation (Registro Cittadinanza Attiva del Comune di Bologna) presents an excellent example of governance structures and new legal frameworks aimed at fostering circular economy initiatives. Another good practice factsheet looks at the strategic objectives of the Urban Food Strategy adopted by the city of Tukums (Latvia). A factsheet on the ACR+ member Bruxelles Environnement initiative presents the Brussels Greenbizz, which focus on boosting sustainable economic sectors in Brussels and supporting business initiatives in the sustainable economy.

More cases are already in the pipeline, so make sure to visit the database on a regular basis.
