You will find information about the project, its aims as well as the participating partners and the three pilots (Basque Country and Navarre: prepared salads; Copenhagen: meat and fish; West Slovakia: bread). This new website will also provide the latest news and details on events, such as the FOODRUS event “Collaborative and circular food systems to reduce pollution and improve health” organised on 27 May 2021, as a partner event of the EU Green Week 2021.
