The REthinkWASTE project is entering its capacity building phase which aims to mainstream the REthinkWASTE paradigm based on a modular and flexible approach of KAYT / PAYT / traditional taxes across a large target group of local public administrations and other governance bodies that are still using the "traditional" fixed fares. The ultimate goal is to spark a transition to a variable waste tariff approach (PAYT) within city council waste regulations. During this phase, trainings will take place primarily targeting local and regional authorities including waste management authorities and their operators, contractors, or intercommunal companies.

In order to allow ACR+ members and other local and regional authorities to benefit from these activities, a call for expression of interest is now open. It will help ACR+ collect necessary information and details on your needs and geographical location before getting back to you with updates and more details on the activities.
