After having selected 23 Italian SMEs active in the field of tourism, the TOURISME project is kicking off its training phase. It includes activities such as the organisation of workshops, training and mentoring sessions to facilitate SMEs in scaling-up and uptaking sustainable and innovative solutions. The training session will focus on developing concrete solutions on green procurement, waste management, energy efficiency, eco-design, mobility, circular economy and social innovation.

The first training sessions are taking place on 22 March in Rome and on 24 March in Cagliari. During the first training session, the selected SMEs will explore environmental standards and certifications of products and services, as well as organisations.
