The first online workshop of the BRINC Network of Public Authorities focused on Needs Assessment will take place on 16 November, 9:30 - 11:30 CET. It will provide training to public authorities in innovation procurement focusing on needs assessment. The workshop will also provide an opportunity for the public buyers to begin with needs scoping.
