ACR+ member Institut national de l’économie circulaire, together with the International Resource and Innovation Centre for Sustainable Development, is accompanying the Métropole du Grand Paris (covering the city of Paris and its nearest suburbs) in the construction of a collaborative platform on circular economy. The aim of this platform is to become a centre of resources, knowledge and experience sharing as well as a tool for raising awareness among the general public and bringing together private and public stakeholders in the Métropole du Grand Paris.
The first meeting of the partnership committee was held on 3 May 2018, bringing together around 30 participants. It focused on drawing up an inventory of circular economy practices in various sectors and territories as well as identifying obstacles and levers to the development of the circular economy in the Métropole du Grand Paris.
