From 16 to 18 October 2018, ACR+ member EMULSA will host the annual technical conference of the National Association of Public Environmental Enterprises (ANEPMA). More than 250 technicians and experts in waste management, urban hygiene and environment are expected in Gijón to discuss waste management and circular economy. The three-day programme includes a vast array of speakers, both from Spain and abroad, including ACR+ which will be presenting the WINPOL project. Public procurement of innovation, the application of innovation and information technologies to waste management, emerging technologies in waste treatment, are amongst the themes which will be tackled by the various round-tables and sessions.

This edition coincides with the celebration of the 40th Anniversary of the constitution of EMULSA and will be the third time that Gijón hosts the celebration of the ANEPMA Technical Conference. Currently, EMULSA holds the Presidency of ANEPMA, through Pilar Vázquez Palacios, its Managing Director.
