Consorci Oriental 80px

The Waste Management Consortium of the Vallès Oriental has expanded the capacity of the gasometer, an equipment responsible for storing the biogas generated by the digesters and allowing the correct regulation of operation and production of electrical energy of the two cogeneration engines of the plant of anaerobic digestion. The old equipment has been replaced by a new one with more capacity, from 1,000 m³ to 1,900 m³ of the installed equipment.

Another improvement has been the adjustment of the pavement of the reception hall of organic waste, of 860 m², space that has been reinforced with the application of different layers with materials that prevent leakage. The slopes have also been improved to ensure a good evacuation of leachates generated in this area.
