On 22 April 2020, Close the Glass Loop organises a workshop on glass collection and recycling. At this workshop, a new study made by ACR+ and Eurocities will be revealed, presenting the municipal perspective on glass packaging collection.
 
Close the Glass Loop, the Circular Economy Platform for Glass Packaging, brings together the different parts of the glass collection and recycling value chain to establish a programme for more bottle-to-bottle recycling. It aims to increase the quantity and quality of available recycled glass. Partners currently include ACR+ member FEVE, FERVER, EXPRA, and individual EPR schemes such as EPR Club member DSD and ACR+ member CITEO.
