ACR+ member city of Paris is organising collections of food waste in local markets as part of its fight against waste and to protect the environment.

Citizens now have the possibility to throw away their food waste at their local markets. Stands will be installed in six markets of the capital where citizens, upon presentation of a proof of address and a dedicated form, receive a container for food waste, two rolls of 30 compostable bags, as well as an explanatory documentation.
