ACR+ member Madrid launched an advertising campaign to make citizens aware that keeping the city clean and recycling waste is everyone's responsibility. The slogan ‘Simple among all’ called for co-responsibility of the people of Madrid, the visitors and the City Council.

The campaign consists of five inter-related messages. Two ideas target the cleaning of the city: the masks should be deposited in the bins on the street or in the residual waste and the cigarette butts in the ashtrays of the bins. Regarding waste recycling, there are three messages: each waste has its container; there is a free furniture and fixture collection service; and objects can be given a second life through REMAD.
