In January 2021, when compared to the same period in 2020, waste production decreased 7% in ACR+ member LIPOR's associated Municipalities. This data demonstrates the significant impact of the pandemic on citizens' daily lives. Municipalities such as Porto, Espinho, Vila do Conde and Maia showed a considerable difference in their figures, with a decrease of 16%, 7%, 6% and 5%, respectively.
