In the framework of the PPI4Waste project, ICLEI and ACR+ will organise a webinar on the new waste package, which will take place from 14.30 to 16.00 (CET) on Thursday 11 February 2016.
This webinar will explore the implications of the package for the waste sector and how it can be best used to promote innovative waste management solutions.
The webinar will focus on three topics:
1. Redefining waste: waste prevention within the Circular Economy Package
2. Major changes to expect from the proposed Directive on Waste
3. Using eco-labels in waste management
As part of the webinar, ACR+ will be making a presentation on the waste Directive.
