In 2018 a large-scale study on how to improve packaging waste policy was commissioned by the Recover partnership, composed of eleven Flemish intermunicipal waste associations, including ACR+ member IBOGEM. As announced after its release, the "Towards a better policy for packaging waste in Flanders" report, first published in Dutch, is now available in English.
 
The report analyses the existing system in Flanders using eight different sub-studies and looked for new policy instruments. ACR+ contributed to this research by providing some preliminary results based on its experience on the matter.
