Homogenizing the image and improve the signage of the civic amenity sites to share the same identity as mobile and proximity points, in addition to conditioning the area so that users repeat the experience, and ensuring that the staff works in a more comfortable environment. These are the objectives of the improvement works that the Environment and Mobility Area of ACR+ member Madrid is carrying out in its 16 fixed clean points.

The data support its great acceptance. The amounts of waste deposited by users in civic amenity sites have gone from about 7,000 tonnes in 2005, with 78,000 registered visits, to almost 20,000 tonnes in 2019 with 460,000 visits.
