Together with other fourteen social organisations, ACR+ members Rezero and Retorna, have sent a complain letter to the European Commission pointing at the Spanish State for failing to comply with the 50% reuse and recycling target set by the European Union for 2020. They highlight that this target will not be met as it is currently below 35%.
