The presentations of the webinar on circular public procurement for the construction sector organised by ACR+ member Brussels Environment are now available online (in French). Introducing concrete examples and a site visit, this one-day seminar aimed to encourage actors of the sector to take action and build or renovate a building applying circular economy principles. It featured for example a presentation of the roadmap on circular construction of the Brussels Regional Program for a Circular Economy, the vade mecum « Circular building » developed by Brussels Environment or Vandeuren III-IV, a project of renovating 160 social housing in a circular way that was awarded in 2019 by Be.exemplary (a call for projects led by Brussels Region to stimulate exemplary construction and renovation projects in terms of sustainable urban development).
