On 13 May 2017, ACR+ member Brussels Environment is co-organising the 1st edition of “The meeting of Sustainable Citizens initiative” in Brussels. The event is further co-organised by Bral, the Network of Responsible Consumers (CPR), the Transition Network, the Citizens Sustainable Neighborhoods, Brulocalis and on the initiative of Céline Fremault, Minister of the Government of the Brussels-Capital Region, responsible for Housing, Quality of Life, Environment and Energy.

The meeting is a first step in setting up an autonomous movement of sustainable citizen initiatives in Brussels.

It has several objectives:

•    Encourage exchanges between existing citizen initiatives, both in practices and know-how;
•    Link initiatives, existing networks and associations, opening up initiatives in different sectors (environment, social cohesion, health, etc.);
•    Ask the question of the relationship between public authorities and initiatives and actors on the ground.

Be part of the Sustainable Citizens in Brussels and register now!
