On 31 March the ProCirc partners OVAM/Circular Flanders and Rijkswaterstaat organized a webinar for new pilot projects participating in the ProCirc project. The main goal of the webinar was to inform pilots about ProCirc, the benefits of joining and to give them an introduction to the procurement toolbox that is currently being developed. More than 40 participants of different organizations listened to inspirational and interactive presentations of the project partners.

The ProCirc toolbox gathers several instruments for circular procurement aimed at supporting public authorities during the various steps of the procurement process. These instruments include for instance assessment tools, circular criteria, guidance and methodological material to launch circular procurement tenders. The toolbox will be finalised during the second half of 2020.

An online project meeting took place on 10 and 11 June in place of the meeting that was originally planned to be hosted by Zero Waste Scotland. The meeting gave in particular the opportunity to ACR+ to share its views on how to embed change within an organisation as a whole, in particular from the perspective of circular procurement. ProCirc partners will still have the opportunity to visit the Scottish pilots about public procurement during a next event.
