ACR+ participated in a recent public consultation initiated by the European Commission to shape the proposed Soil Monitoring Law. While commending the Commission's commitment to recognising soil health, ACR+ provided constructive feedback for a more robust legislative framework.

Key contributions from ACR+ include advocating for a comprehensive approach beyond monitoring soil contamination. The organisation emphasised addressing critical soil threats like erosion, climate-related events, and hydrogeological risks.
