Call to all municipalities to join the EWWR collective action – new deadline

Good news! The European Week for Waste Reduction (EWWR) has extended the registration deadline by three days for the 2025 edition. You now have until 12 November (inclusive) to register your actions. 

Do you still want to take part in EWWR 2025 but haven’t had time to develop your own action? EWWR invites all municipalities to join this simple and impactful awareness-raising initiative to boost WEEE (e-waste) collection! 

This collective action involves using EWWR poster, created in collaboration with Electrão, to indicate the WEEE collection points in your municipality; places where citizens can responsibly deliver their e-waste.

Key steps: 

• Register your action by 12 November (inclusive) 

• Download the poster 

• Fill in the necessary information 

• Display it in your facilities from 22 to 30 November (at least)
