ACR+ member Lisbon Municipality, the European Green Capital 2020, hosted the International Technical Waste Days which opened with a debate focused on the search for solutions that promote recycling, reuse and waste reduction.
 
Among the city's various projects are the reuse of recycled water, the distribution of 4,000 composters by 2020, the collection of soon-to-start wastewater collection, the reduction of plastic use at major events, and the installation of a Repair Café in the Hub of Beato.
