On 17 June 2021 at 9:30 am, the webinar “Construction waste: bringing the hidden mountain out of the shadows” will be held, coordinated by ACR+ member Provence Alpes-Côte-D’Azur Region. This webinar will be an opportunity to explore the feedback from observatories and stakeholders on this topic.

Of the 326 million tonnes of waste produced in France, 224 million tonnes are produced by the construction and public works sector, 99% of which is inert mineral waste, i.e. 68% of annual waste production. The European and national target is 70% recovery of this waste. On a national scale, there are more than 4,000 facilities dedicated to the treatment of inert waste.
