The Department of Rural Development and the Environment of ACR+ member Government of Navarra has launched a pilot project in Cintruénigo municipality to deposit more type of waste, in addition to household packaging, in the plastic container. The initiative consists of carrying out a selective collection, within a period of 6 months, and in such a way that not only light packaging, but also other plastic, metallic and wooden waste is deposited in the plastic container. The aim of this initiative is to analyse the effects on the recycling cycle of extending the use of the plastic container to include other types of waste.
