AMIU Genova 80pxDissemination of greater environmental awareness, promotion of a study group, evaluation of the costs of collection through ad hoc analyses: these are the main points of the programme agreement signed between Utilitalia and the Marevivo non-profit organisation, which aims to reduce the quantity of cigarette butts abandoned in the streets and, in particular, in urban areas. ACR+ member AMIU is one of the four Utilitalia member companies involved in this first phase of the project. In particular, it is committed to raising awareness on the aims and purposes of the agreement, to share information and reports on the management of waste from smoking products and, to support, with its know-how, initiatives on the best collection methods.
