A new place dedicated to reuse and responsible consumption has just opened in La Chapelle-sur-Erdre in ACR+ member Nantes Métropole. Le “TransiStore” is a general resource centre that takes back all the equipment in good condition that can be found in a house: crockery, clothes, furniture, toys, books, etc. The objects are then sorted, checked, and sold at low prices. The new resource centre has collected more than 3.5 tonnes of items donated by 300 people in 15 days.

The resource centre was born from the actions of the association Le TransiStore, which has been organising workshops, conferences and events on ecology and responsible consumption in La Chapelle-sur-Erdre since 2016.
