ACR+ member Ville de Luxembourg, in collaboration with "Repair Café Lëtzebuerg" is organising the third edition of the "Repair Café @ Schluechthaus" on 4 November 2023. Skilled volunteer repairers will be available to breathe new life into damaged or faulty items, including clothing, textiles, small appliances, bicycles, toys, and small furniture, among others. Visitors can bring one item each for repair, and they are encouraged to assist the repairers in learning and sharing their expertise. The primary goal of this event is to educate individuals so that they can acquire the skills necessary to fix items that require minor repairs, reducing waste and new purchases. Moreover, the event serves as a place for exchange and social interaction.
