The FOLOU project is seeking to promote knowledge and consensus in the effort to prevent and reduce food loss at the primary production stage. To this end, FOLOU has a new poll to identify experts and stakeholders who can be engaged in its initiatives and also to explore the analysis of food loss legislation in EU member states.
