Following the analysis of communication activities and approaches in several waste management projects, ACR+ member Cercle National du Recyclage has published a book entitled "Communicating well to manage waste better".

The publication provides elected representatives and technicians of local authorities with examples, advice and ideas demonstrating the indispensability of communication in waste management and the possibilities for its implementation. The book presents the basic aspects of communication; the experiences of member authorities in the practical aspects of communication; and the different stages of a communication approach and its implementation through different applications according to the situations encountered.
