Eunomia Research & Consulting Ltd (Eunomia) has been commissioned, under Framework Contract N° ENV/B.3/FRA/2017/0005 to undertake a study to support the preparation of the Commission's guidance on the implementation of the general minimum requirements for extended producer responsibility schemes set out in Article 8a of the Waste Framework Directive. This document is the final report from the study.
