ACR+ member the Area Metropolitana de Barcelona (AMB) has published a pioneering programme for public administrations to promote a green and circular economy in the metropolises of Barcelona. The aim is to promote a metropolitan model based on maximum efficiency in the use of resources, which puts forward the reuse of waste as a source of materials and energy, taking advantage of synergies within the same system.

To do so, the program will consist of four services: an analysis of the ecosystems of the territory, an integrated database on the metropolitan industrial ecosystem, specialized advice and a web platform on circular resources including information and good practices.
