The Ile-de-France Circular Economy Committee published the "Circular Economy and Sport: Training for New Practices" compendium produced by ACR+ member ORÉE with the support of ADEME, the DRIEAT, the Greater Paris Metropolis and the Ile-de-France Region.

With more than 19,800 sports clubs and 2.4 million members in Île-de-France, sport is at the forefront of activities in the region. Convinced that the circular economy is a pivotal factor in the ecological transition of sport, the Ile-de-France Committee wanted to highlight concrete examples of sports and circular initiatives, small or large, mature or in transition, whose models can be a source of inspiration: sourcing of sustainable materials, pooling of resources, eco-design, infrastructures, and local sports events.
