MASTERY partners shape the future of green learning in Europe

On 4–5 September, the Pyhäjärvi Institute hosted the fourth MASTERY project meeting in Turku, Finland. Partners discussed results on green skills and industry knowledge needs, while advancing the co-creation of a micro-credential policy methodology aligned with EU recommendations. They also addressed the digital solutions that will support the development and piloting of MASTERY micro-credentials, sharing updates, contributions, and state-of-the-art practices.

To deepen collaboration and expand impact, participants joined a field visit to WinNova and the student restaurant Kiikartorni, where stakeholders shared perspectives on the feasibility of micro-credentials. Highlights included testimonials from education and industry representatives, as well as a presentation of the Green Circle project from TecMinho – Universidade do Minho, which develops green skills in construction. The meeting marked an important step toward ensuring MASTERY’s outcomes are robust, inclusive, and widely applicable across Europe.
