ACR+ ongoing and upcoming feedback to EU consultations

Several public consultations have recently been launched by the European Commission, for which ACR+ is preparing feedback. We will keep you informed of our responses and share calls for input as they become available. In the meantime, we invite you to take a look at what’s currently on our radar:

• Simplification of administrative burdens in environmental legislation aka environmental omnibus (deadline 10 September) 

• EU’s next long-term budget (MFF) – implementing EU funding with Member States and regions (deadline: 17 September) 

• Green-listing certain waste for the purposes of shipments to recovery between Member States  (deadline 31 October) 

• Circular Economy Act (deadline: 6 November) 

• To be announced - we understand that there will be a second consultation on the Public Procurement Directives that will be more forward-looking than the previous one.
