Commissioned by ProCirc and Vlaanderen Circulair, a virtual tour through the demonstration box for circular construction in The Potterij (Mechelen, Belgium) is now available to learn more about the circular building materials that are already on the market today.

The Potterij site in Mechelen housed an industrial laundry for a long time, which caused severe soil pollution. ACR+ member OVAM bought the building in 2014 with the intention of remediating the site and putting it back into circulation. The demonstration box for circular construction, called ‘Kijkbox voor circulair bouwen’ (Viewing box for circular construction), puts circular building materials and principles into practice.
