ACR+ member OVAM, has recently been announced the winner of ‘The Award for Circular Economy Governments, Cities and Regions’, awarded as part of The Circulars 2016. OVAM won the award with the Flanders’ Materials Programme, which identifies drivers and barriers to materials management, leveraging opportunities in the context of the circular economy via innovation, international logistics, new jobs and skills creation, the redesigning of economic policy instruments, consumer behaviour and circular public procurement via a multi-actor systemic project approach.
