New webinar series “From insight to action: behavioural shifts for circular change”

Get ready for the new webinar series of the Circular Lifestyles thematic area! In four episodes, “From insight to action: behavioural shifts for circular change” will help you understand how production and consumption practices can be reshaped to reinforce circular economy principles. Aligned with ACR+’s broader commitment to help members assess behaviour and rethink product placing, marketing, and consumer engagement, as well as social acceptance, the series will explore how various processes and operations can be rethought, reshaped and redefined to allow  key policies, targets and strategies to be embedded into the ways we buy, consume, enjoy and exploit various goods and services – including events, textiles, circular business models, and more.

The series opens on 25 April with an episode dedicated to reuse and repair, co-organised with the Interreg Europe project MINEV, and spotlighting social economy approaches and the circular potential of large events. Subsequent webinars will address behavioural change strategies, citizen action on textile waste, and the social acceptance of circular innovations. Through empirical and tested practices, insights, trends and tendencies, and discussions among experts and practitioners, the series will highlight effective solutions for tackling behavioural barriers, enhancing the deployment of circular initiatives, and encouraging their uptake.
